हिन्दी अनुवाद

  1. When should the monthly fee be paid?
The fee must be deposited before 6 PM on the last working day of the current month to ensure continuation of services in the same time slot.

  2. Will I receive a reminder for fee payment?
Yes, a reminder will be sent 5 days in advance every month.

  3. What happens if I miss the fee payment deadline?
Late payment may be considered a break in service, which can affect continuity and eligibility for certain benefits like cover-up sessions. Also, the centre might not be able to provide the same time slot after the break.

  4. What should I do if I make an excess payment?
You can request a refund for the excess amount within 7 days of the payment.

  5. What happens if I don’t request a refund within 7 days?
The excess amount will be added to arrears and adjusted at the end of the academic year or at the end of services, whichever comes first.

  6. How will the refund be processed?
Refunds are processed within 3 working days via NEFT/IMPS after receiving the account details of either parent.

  7. Will the centre remain closed on festivals?
Yes, the centre will be closed on certain festival days.
Parents can refer to the holiday list for details (view holiday list).

  8. Will there be compensation for festival holidays?
No, as these holidays are already factored into the fee structure, no compensatory sessions or reimbursements will be provided.

  9. How many leaves are allowed in a year?
Up to 12 sessions per academic year can be reimbursed for children attending at least 3 sessions per week.

  10. What is the academic year?
The academic year runs from 1st April to 31st March.

  11. How are leaves reimbursed?
Leaves are reimbursed only through cover-up sessions. No refunds or fee adjustments are provided.

  12. Are leave reimbursements prorated?
Yes, reimbursements are proportional to the number of full months completed during the academic year.

  13. How can I check the number of pending leaves or cover-up sessions?
Parents are requested to maintain their own record of leaves and cover-up sessions, as it may not be possible for the centre to respond to frequent individual queries regarding the same. At the end of the academic year or at the end of services, parents are welcome to reach out in case of any discrepancy, and we will be happy to review it.

  14. Can unused leaves be carried forward?
No, unutilised leaves cannot be carried forward to the next academic year.

  15. How should I inform about a leave?
Leave information must be sent via WhatsApp text message at least one hour before the session begins.

  16. What happens if I am a little late in informing about a leave?
In such a case, leave will be counted as an attended session and will not be reimbursed.

  17. What happens if I do not inform about a leave?
If leave is not informed in advance, the session will be considered as attended.
No cover-up session will be provided, and it will also be counted as a leave, reducing the total number of leaves available.

  18. How are cover-up sessions scheduled?
Parents can share preferred days and times. The centre will try to accommodate these preferences, subject to availability.

  19. What if I don’t share my preferences?
Sessions will be scheduled based on available time slots.

  20. Can a cover-up session be rescheduled?
No, once a cover-up session is offered, it cannot be rescheduled.

  21. Am I eligible for cover-up sessions immediately?
Cover-up sessions are available only after completing a minimum of 3 continuous months without a service break.

  22. What happens if I take a break after completing 3 months and then rejoin within the same year? Will I be eligible for cover-up sessions immediately, or will I need to complete 3 months again?
If there is a break in services, the continuity is considered interrupted. To become eligible for cover-up sessions again, the child must complete a fresh continuous period of 3 months after rejoining.

  23. Why are these rules important?
These policies help maintain service quality and ensure smooth and fair functioning for all children.

  24. Can exceptions be made?
To ensure fairness, exceptions cannot be accommodated.

  25. What if I have further questions?
Parents are always welcome to reach out for clarification.
